Cancel an order
You can cancel an order until 24 hours from the order placed time to cancel the order. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. within 2 days an order to cancel your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Parcel Lost In transit
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 10 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select an alternate product.
Refund will be initiated when we receive your product at our warehouse and after inspection of the product, we’ll notify you when the product receive at our warehouse
For prepaid orders refund will be initiated on the same payment account
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer NEFT within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods. You have to share your accounts details on email@example.com with your order number.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
