Despite garnering positive reviews, the film’s box office collections fell below the anticipated levels, leaving both fans and industry experts surprised. The film started on a promising note, with first-day collections reaching 23 crores, followed by a robust second day of 38 crores on the Republic Day holiday.
While the third day maintained decent collections of 27 crores, the fourth day, despite being a holiday, saw minimal growth, collecting around 28 crores.
The most significant shock came on Monday, with the film only collecting 7.5 crores. This unexpected downturn left trade analysts perplexed, especially considering the star-studded cast, appealing music, a substantial budget, and the involvement of a renowned director.
